Walsh Duffield Companies, Inc.

A trusted insurance advisor to individuals and businesses since 1860.

GOAL:

Walsh Duffield found themselves in a good place. They were expanding regionally as well as offering additional services in health benefits and retirement planning. Having been in business since 1860, they had strong relationships with their existing clients as trusted partners.

CHALLENGE:

Demonstrate the internal growth and change that Walsh Duffield was experiencing.

ROLE:

Working as the interim marketing coordinator, I coordinated the marketing needs with each department’s manager. As the graphic designer — using consistent fonts, colors, and graphic treatments — my job was to keep a unified image for the whole company.

RESULTS:

  • Designed and improved the look and readability of email communications
  • Financial Wellness – create materials to define this new program
  • Website updates – using their existing template, I updated the overall look of their website addressing hierarchy and organization
  • Maintained a quarterly Newsletter
  • Executed a Direct Mail campaign
  • Created Fact Sheets on insurance-related hot topics for individuals and businesses
  • Designed a stronger and more memorable Wordmark for Walsh Duffield
  • Create separate identity wordmarks for retirement, executive services, and benefits that demonstrate they are divisions of Walsh Duffield
